the double-edged 26.5cm blade, including 1.5cm recessed into crossguard, with some tarnish and having lightly stamped makers mark within a diamond for PUMA of SOLINGEN to reverse, alloy based eagle crossguard, tarnished to underneath with silver-painted buffer pad intact, good detail to the eagles head, feathers, wings and the top side and alloy ferrule embossed with oak leaves and acorns, the pommel, which freely turns, embossed similarly together with swastika to both sides, having ivorine celluloid grip with ten wire rings. The airplane-grey steel plated scabbard has a small dent to each side and another near the tip, with pebbling, oak leaves and acorns, much of the plating has worn off, two throat retaining screws and two steel rings, 43cm overall.
